  • 3 cookouts this weekend and the 3rd one killed me!! I am so mad that I ate that extra hotdog I dont even feel hungry today lol.. sounds crazy but i think my eating habits are more psychological then actually being hungry! this is a new week so i am def. starting fresh and adding an extra day at the gym!
