    I like Motts Plus pomegranate no sugar added applesause with just a tablespoon of fat free cool whip. I feel like it is a treat!

    I get happy with 9 small round tortilla chips - this is all I need to feel satisfied... 75 calories.

    I take my cheerios, chex, etc. and put them into 1 cup portions in sandwhich bags, keeps them handy and portion controlled if I am looking for a quick snack.

    Anything w/ cool whip is a treat....does anyone know if it (fat free version) is now in the spray can?? So much fresher than keeping a tub around!

    I eat austin toasty crackers with peanut butter 8 packs of 4 = 140 cals for all 4
    Yoplait light yogurt 4oz = 70 cal
    Sometimes I will eat nature valley bars if I have some calories left
    A popscicle with no sugar and made with real fruit they are usually low in calories.

    Right now I am snacking on a fresh fruit salad (grapes, strawberries and kiwi) with Lorna Doone 100 calorie shortbread cookies! Nomm nomm nomm!

    I like jello free pudding snack with cool whip free 80
    strawberries with cool whip yummy too
    baked cheetos are good
    watermelon and I LOVE the lorna doone 100 cal pack...with cool whip of course...lol

    I have taken to eating 4 tbsp of peanut butter and 4 tbsp of Cool Whip mixed together....mmmm
    It really helps get the protein in at the end of the day..:smokin:

    I keep a tub of frozen fat-free Cool Whip in the freezer and grab a spoonful or two. It's cold, sweet, kinda chewy...it satisfies the urge for ice cream in a big way!

    Deli-fresh sliced roast beef 10 cals/slice with a tiny dab of creamy horseradish

    It looks like a little plate of fancy hor d'ouvers and sooo tasty!
  • i'm sure the gospel has already been spread here about the beauty that is Fiber One bars. now they have a great new flavor, strawberries and almonds with oats & chocolate drizzled.. oohh so good, so satisfying and rich, only 140 cals and packed with fiber! (9 grams) YAY!

    again.. POPCORN and CARROTTS...lol.. i have a bowl of each and it helps me drink lots of water

    Fresh Blueberries!

    That made me remember! Frozen blueberries sprinkled with Splenda with some skim milk poured on top. The milk gets all slushy and since it takes a while to eat cuz it's so cold, you get filled up. OH, so yummy!
