I like Motts Plus pomegranate no sugar added applesause with just a tablespoon of fat free cool whip. I feel like it is a treat!0

I take my cheerios, chex, etc. and put them into 1 cup portions in sandwhich bags, keeps them handy and portion controlled if I am looking for a quick snack.0

I eat austin toasty crackers with peanut butter 8 packs of 4 = 140 cals for all 4
Yoplait light yogurt 4oz = 70 cal
Sometimes I will eat nature valley bars if I have some calories left
A popscicle with no sugar and made with real fruit they are usually low in calories.

Right now I am snacking on a fresh fruit salad (grapes, strawberries and kiwi) with Lorna Doone 100 calorie shortbread cookies! Nomm nomm nomm!0

strawberries with cool whip yummy too

I have taken to eating 4 tbsp of peanut butter and 4 tbsp of Cool Whip mixed together....mmmm

That made me remember! Frozen blueberries sprinkled with Splenda with some skim milk poured on top. The milk gets all slushy and since it takes a while to eat cuz it's so cold, you get filled up. OH, so yummy!0
