The pills won't take you out of a 'rut', only you can do that.

3 days, Stronglifts.

I would stop doing the stretch before the workout. Studies are showing that stretching before reduces strength and may contribute to more injury. Warm ups are still important though. I stretch after the workout and on my rest days.

I do smith machine shrugs for my traps. I want to get them nice and beefy to cushion a minor bone spur on the back of my neck that makes barbell squats painful.
-
Maybe I just need more practice with it. Yesterday I dropped the weight down to about 70% to work on it, I guess I will just have to try it some more till I understand how much I am supposed to put my arms up.

I think the heaviest plate is 45lb. The free dumbbells are fixed and only go up to 60lb. If I want do heavier barbells, I have to use the smith machine, which I'd only use for shrugs and calf raises.

I do compounds that involve the main muscles you want to work on that day first and give it my all on those. If I feel like I have some juice still left in a particular muscle, then I will an isolation exercise at the end. Here is an example of my leg and lower back day Barbell Deadlift (the maximum barbell weight at my…

Lessen the intensity of the exercise while you heal, but I wouldn't stop working out. I would go out front your apartment for the jumping jacks, then run back up to your apartment, the jumping jacks and stair climbing would probably be a nice challenge.

I do not believe so. But I don't log my exercise into MFP anyway, I really don't see any need to.

You could do Stronglifts and cardio. Along with a reasonable calorie deficit should get you to where you want to be. http://stronglifts.com/5x5/

I use Fitnotes. It can be a pain to set up but it's pretty good then.

This seems like a lot. Why do you have a core day and an ab day. Are they not pretty related if not the same thing? Why are you doing triceps on your shoulder day? Why aren't those exercises just done when you are doing your chest since you are working your triceps on each and everyone of your chest exercises. Same thing…

Check bodybuilding.com and consider which muscles are being used, what kind of movement is being done, ect. Then choose machines that emulate that movement as best as possible. The reason most programs use freeweights is because they are superior. You're not mixing 'sets' and 'reps' are you? If not then 2-3 sets is what…

My understanding is that you continue working out as usual, eat at a deficit, and increase your protein to carb ratio.

Power Cage.

I don't think so. I think all that really stems from insecurity.

It can be difficult when you really don't know how to do it. I used to gorge on 1500 - 2500 calories in a single meal, feel sick, and then feel like not eating much the rest of the day. It also takes some skill in knowing how to prepare food to make it the most appetizing. For breakfast I have been struggling with trying…

I gotta be honest, I am losing a bit of sympathy for you here. You have been in a relationship with a guy for 6 years who has been negative, deceitful, and threatening throughout. I figure either you only think this affects you, or you put your feelings and fears above the safety and well-being of your child. I want you to…

Probably more than enough. But the calculation is for LEAN POUND. So basically what your body weight is without the excess fat. Take that many pounds and times by 0.82. I usually get about .90 just to be on the safe side.

Because you need to be edified that help with you little homework assignment is better off in the general discussion areas.

Black Mr. Clean is right. This should be in Chit-Chat at the least.

Here is some copy pasta to counter this 1g/per lean pound myth:

Why so many reps for legs?
-
Then it should probabily be in the recipes board. This is just another attempt to pedal toxic-cleansers. Yeah but some of us lurked before we go posting crap. I would say it would only take an hour to see a few threads where everyone explains how there is no magic toxic remover diet.

What is your activity levels like? Do you run daily? Getting over your maintenance can be a little guesswork. Add 200 more calories and check in 2-3 weeks.

Are you sure it isn't because Venus is aligned in the Virgo supercluster? Because I usually get a cold but because the planets are aligned the right way Master Satan has given me ultimate strength and gainz.

I did a quick google and it looks like it's call the "arm cycle".

I'm sure there will be some health guru that will say it's the best way to clean out your colon.

Can confirm. If I didn't jump to conclusions I wouldn't really get in my cardio for the day.
