workouts

How often do you all workout? I aim for 4-5 days a week alternating with Leslie Sansone 1 day and beginner 30 DS. At least 30 mins.

    Ranges from 4 - 6 days a week averaging 30 - 60 mins a session. I do strength training and cardio workouts.

    For me exercise is another lifestyle change thing.

    I workout the same amount that I hope to be doing forever. It's not about the "number" of workouts....just find something that's well rounded, and you can stick with. Cover all the bases....cardio + strength + flexibility (if needed).

    I do something everyday that includes weightlifting, cardio and stretching. Some days are harder then others but at least 1 of just yoga and walking so my body can recover.
