Help...I need a workout routine!

Hi! So yesterday I walked into the gym...I did about 20 minutes of cardio and then I ventured onto the floor...I looked around for a minute and said "Where do I start?" I need help. I am looking to lose weight and tone. My goal is to go to the gym 3-4 times weekly for 45 min to a hour. I am looking for a routine. Something that let's me make the most of time. If any one has any suggestions or website that I can check out...It would be appreciated.
