I prefer taller guys, don't know why though.

OH my god, I'm a film student and so many of these films are great! Particularly the Kill Bill series! You make me all sad :( HAhaa
-
Interesting! I'm nowhere near as active, probably 3-4 times (10-13 hours overall). I wonder if I did up my intake slightly it would show the same results. So basically, if I do less/same exercise lower my calorie intake but if I work out harder, up my intake a little bit and see if my results mimic Ryan's?

I'm 169cm or 5ft 6. 65-66kg is my ideal weight, there is still some I want to get rid of around my stomach, handles and back :P

Hahaha, kinda scary. Add me, 20.

The best way to think about weight loss is your weekly calorie deficit. If you aim to cut your calories by 500 a day 500 calories x 7 days = 3500 calories So if you go over by two hundred today and tomorrow your overall calorie deficit will be 3100, don't stress if you go over every now and again, don't let it de-rail your…

Yup I'm on 1450-1500 a day and lost 11kg so far, 3-4 to go.

I was going to Tavi, I didn't even think haha, I might post a new one. :)
-
Haha yes, I hated them titties. Thanks peeps :)

After 5kg it asks you if you'd like to revise your goals and can do it automatically for you
-
Hmmm, oh wait. None of them.
-
I prefer taller guys, mainly because I'm only 5ft 6inch (167cm) hahaha but I'm not too fussed.
-
I think youre in kJ instead of calories. 26057kJ = 6223kcal which divided by 7 is about ~950kcal a day

Buy some 85% or higher cocoa chocolate. It may taste a bit bitter to begin with but it really is an acquired taste. It's beautiful once you come accustomed to it. Milk chocolate is way too sweet for me now!

6 months is a good target and is quite achievable. I tend not to worry about how long it'll take, the time will pass anyway. However interim goals are good way to go! Enjoy the ride! :)

No idea if this is correct, someone might be able to confirm this BUT if you start lifting more, this will kick your metabolism up as more muscle (This won't make you bulky) = more overall burn so it may help with your deficit Other possiblity is that you're not calculating your calories properly, eg: 1 cup and not…

Agreed, stop taking them. You don't need them, you can do it on your own. :) All without these side effects, in fact you'll feel better!

Get 85% or higher chocolate and have a few pieces a day! Hits the spot!

PORCUPINE! WYR know how long you had to live or know how long the closest person to you (Husband, wife, son etc) had to live?
-
Your scale is broken.

Woah! Good work! That's amazing

Got enough muscle on me, mainly cutting, the weight training I'm doing because I love it and it's a good way kick it up a notch. Plus I am getting stronger. I can guarantee from measurements and from my appearance, I've lost a majority of fat, potentially with some muscle, although my arms have grown and legs seem to look…

Haha thanks, I was a bit thinner when that photo was taken, it's kinda my motivation to get back there + some muscle. I am aiming to drop my body fat quite significantly and be quite toned. At 1400 for 4 weeks I've dropped about 5kg which seems relatively okay with me, I have been eating about half of my calories back so…

This. But just try and stick to the recommended intake of 70g a day. I'm not sure what you are currently aiming for but this should be your goal. I'm easily hitting about 20-35g a day, diet is pretty varied, whole breads, pastas, meats, veges, fruits (even with their sugar) and the occassional lolly, I hardly hit about 35g…

Oh wow, I just did a quick read up and I have noticed a few things on the list that are happening to me with the low fat intake particularly the mood and behaviour. Appreciate it, ideal intake is about 60g for my intake of calories :) Thank you.
