Calorie allowance revision

Hi

Probably a stupid question, as you log your weekly weight loss (hopefully) does MFP automatically revise your daily calorie allowance?

Also any adds welcome. Support for all.

    After 5kg it asks you if you'd like to revise your goals and can do it automatically for you

    I didn't know that. I do it every 5 lbs./2.3 kg, so I never got such a notice!
