I started on Plexus in early July. I don't weigh myself i'm going by inches and I have noticed a difference. After my 3 month mark I hope to see a major difference.

I just started the NTC 30 minute "Slim Chance" workout.... i saw on here to log it under "Circuit Training". I didn't wear my HRM this go round but I will and see if it's close to what MFP is saying.

It's obvious that you need an unfill if you can't keep anything down. Are you attending support groups? lapbandtalk.com ??? They would be the best resource for your issues.. you'll be in good company over there.

If you are not above buying pre-made Waffles that are healthy, i swear by Nature's Path - Hemp Plus Waffles. They are really high in Omega 3's

Yes! Strawberries, Blueberries, Cantaloupes to name a few. Say no to Oranges, Bananas, Grapes and Watermelon those are typically higher in sugar.

Just calculate the # of hours you need in order to get that "good night sleep" feel. As for me, i'm doing a Team Weight Loss class at my gym, and we are on the treadmill at 6am, that means i gotta get up at 5am.
