  • I eat back some of my exercise calories, but not all the time. I have been losing weight so much faster than I ever even imgained!

  • I went to something called "Food Truck Fest" this past Saturday, that should say enough! I did try some really good and new foods like lobster balls and a korean short rib taco.

  • Maybe look for other brands of croutons. I buy a store brand at my local grocery store, Stater Bros, and 6 croutons is only 30 calories. Six seems like enough for a salad, right?

  • Maybe you should try to use up your calories with healthier choices. I see things like beer, cheeseburgers, pizza, tater tots, and cake on your diary. You do not necessarily have to deprive yourself of these things, but you could choose one splurge just once a week as a treat.

  • Another struggle for me is that I cannot afford to buy many extras like protein shakes or coffees. I have to buy things that the entire family eats, unfortunately :(
  • Thank you for the advice, I will look at some other diary's to see what I am doing wrong. I'm just to the point where I get full so easily and if I eat more I feel sluggish. Today's meals were not typical of me since I did not want to eat too much before hiking.
  • I noticed too that MFP seems to over estimate calories burned, so I end up taking a few minutes off my exercise to take that into consideration. For instance my hike today was really 2 hours and 35 minutes, but I adjusted it to 2:15 to compensate for that.
  • Congrats! I got an engagement ring in February and I had to have it made bigger. My fiancee got it sized not once but twice for me since then because it was too small. Now it is rolling around on my finger and I have to ask him to make it smaller :)
