Bear with me hear because I am not sure how to add photos to my post. But, I am the one in the blue shirt in the first photo, ugh! And the second photo is the new me. I've lost 15 pounds since joining MFP, but I started to diet and exercise prior to joining. I did not own a scale so I am not entirely sure how much I've lost in total, but damn I feel good.
