I have a TomTom multi sport that I use (when I remember) that tracks my heart rate when I do these types of videos or DVDs- not sure how accurate it is though.

When i lost weight my breasts reduced dramatically, i work out and the size hasnt altered only lifted them slightly making slightly 'perkier'... however after weight loss, pregnancy and breast feeding they look nothing like breasts anymore anyway... xx

Well your not far off anyway, thats brilliant?! Ive had one emergency c section and my stomach has gone back absolutly fine. My workouts are usually done on a morning so i do them on an empty stomach then have my breakfast afterwards which i try to make sure has good source of protein in it, if not a nutrition shake x

6 Week 6 Pack, i wasnt going to bother initially, until my little boy (age 4) told me to get up and do 'my exercises'...... got to love his motivation, glad i did though as i didnt do anything yesterday and my cals were over (bottle of wine calories over)

Hi There, I also have a small boy and have been doing Jillian michaels a while and think shes brilliant. I have a few different DVD's of hers and would recomend her to anyone. I use one set of dumbells at 2.5kgs and work out on a carpet usually just in my underwear or something.. minimal equipment and clothing haha works…

131LBS (9st 3) 5'4' size 10 could probably get into an 8 but not jeans = Goal weight at the minute 126lbs
