Weird thing happened though. I was looking at my measurements from a year ago. My bust was 36in my waist was 29in and my butt was 38in. Now my bust is the same, 36in, my waist is 28in so I've lost one inch there, but my butt is 40in now! What!??!??! Am I just growing into my women body?

I know it's not necessary, but I've been having a really hard time sleeping lately, and I've been feeling depressed. I just feel dumb when I try a new machine.

Awesome job! You look great. And I just wanted to say that your eyebrows are perf btw.

That sounds like a nightmare!

Thanks everyone! It's hard to think I was 120 for what seemed like forever, and effortlessly. My 20's really kicked my metabolism in the butt. I'd really like to get back to 120, but I don't think it's possible, I'll definitely keep trying though!

I'm just about 5'6"

I loose about a pound a week. I've been logging for 70 days now and I've lost 10 pounds! But if I counted it week by week it's only be 1 pound a week. I use a digital scale and it keeps me encouraged, then I can count the decimals, so if I only loose .6pounds one week, hey at least it's .6 pounds!

I've gotten to the point where I'm super used to eating a couple hundred calories below my goal so that I can have a "cheat" day with out it actually being a cheat. Every once and a while I'll go over by a couple hundred.... but maybe only once or twice a month, and it's usually planned for, like if I know I'm going out…

Thanks! I've lost all from diet change so far, but I'm thinking about focusing a little on my tummy work out wise. I hate working out with a passion but I think it'd be good to really get it flat.

There are a ton of assumptions made here. I don't even want to go into it.

I'm already super active just day to day. I live in the city and walk everywhere. I work in a university bookstore and am always walking while I'm at work, usually with books in my arms. Also I'm a metal smith, so I'm active in my practice as well. Usually if I feel like I wanna work up a sweat I'll go rollerblading or for…

Thanks!

Thank you. I knew I couldn't be the only one. I know I'll keep on doing what I want to do, but sometimes it's just hard. I was hoping to find some support here, but I guess a lot of people just want to tell me to suck it up. Thank you for sharing <3

I don't want to get muscular either. I've already got tons of muscle from day to day activities (I'm a metal smith/work at a bookstore, I do enough lifting!) and anytime I begin a work out regimen I gain a ton of weight from even more muscle, but I don't loose any fat, it just piles on.

My usual tea choice is Earl Grey. I've been thinking about starting to drink Green Tea because of the benefits but it's not as yummy : (

Ok, I'll definitely try these things. Now it's time to try to cure this hang over from last night!

I usually go out once a week. I just always feel awful because then when I input my calories it's like 700 or so over and the little thing says "If you ate this way every day, you'll gain so much weight!" I mean, I'm not, but it makes me feel crappy.

It's simple. If she doesn't want to be with you romantically, she's not the one for you.
