We are here !!!! Im def didnt make my scale goal !! Almost hit my measurements though! My arms and legs are better than I thoughts and I even dropped bf! Gonna stay at it!! Making changes to my workout routine and meal macros and full steam ahead!!! til the next challenge!!!

I just added Insanity ASYLUM to my workouts. So yesterday I did crossfit, ran, Insanity and ran again... Today so far Crossfit and 1 miles steady then 1 mile sprint progressions.. Lawd I dont know If I can do asylum tonight.. Jesus be plyometric Ability!!!

I workout in the am without eating but if you feel like you are dizzy or light headed it may be dehydration (I drink BCAA during tough workouts) not necessarily because you didnt eat. If you work out in the afternoon it is possible that you may have a headache from restricting carbs and could benefit from a protein shake…

Just wanted to say great job and a post workout protein from what I have been reading lately is the right thing to do!!! No matter when the workout it's the best time to refuel those muscles, so drink it!! And goooo VAN!!! Hahah you guys r too much!!

It's a good thing that you are hard on yourself it will keep u dedicated but don't let it keep you depressed, recognize your emotions but always trust the FACTS. I mean measurements, the jeans that u want to get into, those sort of things. Yea it sucks but keep working and be proud of yourself!! Hell you do look good!

I do eat too late my boyfriend has been outta town last week and at the masters this week and my days have been way too early and ending way to late so im getting maybe 4-5 hours of sleep.. So eating clean and late still isnt the optimal thing to do..

I bet that was a great seminar! I am currently restricting fruit kinda like phase one of atkins. I have reduced my sugar intake since Nov of last year this includes white bread products & juice products. I have seen the greatest reduction in my body fat.

I think it depends on your body.. On weight watchers the goal is to eat mostly fruit/veggies to promote weight loss. I think that you should check into how much sugar is in certain fruits and choose to eat those earlier during the day if that is a concern to you.. But certain I think the sugar from fruit is still better…

The nutribullet comes with a booklet of recipes. So I either make those or I use recipes from the internet. I make fruit smoothies with almond milk. Protein shakes with bananas and some nut butter.
