I agree that all restaurants should have to have at least the calories posted. Sometimes picking the "healthier sounding" choice is not picking the lower calorie choice. Thanks everyone for all the responses! You have know idea how much better it makes me feel seeing such a wide range of sizes for the same weights! I was seriously starting to think there was something wrong with me lol. Sometimes I think this weight loss journey is making me twice as critical on myself as I used to be.

Last time I was at this weight I wore a 14, but that was before I had my 2nd baby. I guess I never really thought about how that may have an effect on things. both of my kids were born c section but my last pregnancy did take a bigger toll on my body than the 1st.

I'm 5'1 and my goal weight is 120. Back when I was 120 I thought I was fat, but now I look at pics when I was that weight and I think I looked good.
