the challenge will start this monday. if you havent added your team members pls do so. u will need them to stay on track with wat is going on and motivate each other..

remember the team who loses more this weigh in will decide the goal weight for ALL of us for the next weigh in. i am going to post down the teams now so all of you know where you are...if your uncomfortable being in the team
you were assigned please let me or Truckinthepoundsoff know and we'll see wat we can do :smile:

if you dont wanna b team captain talk to your team and see who is willing to take the roll and let us know. the captain is responsible to get their teams current weight every Monday and send it to is no later than Tuesday morning and what their goal weight for the week will be IF their team wins.

also please send us the name of your team as soon as you have it and we will update it and I will make u a badge for your team and will update the badge every Monday with the progress your team is making.

    lol you can go to the old challenge thread and theres a bunch of ideas for team names :) or u can come up with them yourself :) let your team captain know also :)

    Hey ladymoonlite - LOVE our team badge!!!

    I noticed my username is a little too long for the badge. If you want, you can just put it to "thisismynew" instead of "thisismynewmind"... and that should get rid of that extra "nd" that seems to be hanging off the edge.
    In reality my entire username is actually "thisismynewmindset".... so yea, I say shorten it (if you can...).

    Then if you send me the code I would love to put it in my signature!!!
