    Good Mornin' my sisters. well I do have to be honest this has been a tough week for me, seems like here lately whenever it is that T.O.M. I am overly tired and feel so weak, it has been hard to just get up.. so I haven't done as much as I had wanted to. my energy levels are slowly coming back to normal and I am going to push even harder to catch up to where I feel I should be.

    Grrrrrrrrrrrr!! I am so frustrated!! But I'm sure the gain is because my schedule is all out of whack this week (and next) and I haven't been able to work out as much as usual.

    Week 1= 232.0 (yeah, I gained weight) : (
    Week 2= 228.8 (3.2 lb loss!)
    Week 3= 227.2 (1.6 lb loss!) Pretty good considering the family reunion this past Sunday!

    I am still recovering from surgery, so I am not going to post my weight because I have not been able to eat very much this week.
    So of course I've lost weight, but not the right way or the right kind......
    I still want to be involved in this group though!

    Soooo excited! I managed to lose 4 WHOLE POUNDS in a WEEK (which allowed me to meet my first mini goal! yay!)! that's crazy to me! especially since I had such a food filled weekend with our big pig roast on Saturday! I am phenomenally proud of myself! and all of YOU! way to go all of us! :D

    All I can say is WHOO HOO! Great work so far ladies. Other ladies make sure and get your weight logged in. I'm so excited to see what our loss total for this week and altogether will be tomorrow.

    It seems as though 4 lbs is the magic number lost this week. If anyone can top 5 pounds for this week, then they are the winner. If not, we have 4 or 5 winners for this week! :) Congrats ladies.
