  • Mostly diet food. Low carb yogurt, healthy delight wheat bread, dressing with low carbs, etc Even started eating better lettuce, now stay away from iceberg totally.
  • Be happy with it!! I haven't lost anything in 2 weeks, but went to a smaller belt loop this morning, so was happy!!
  • Planters Deluxe Mixed Nuts!!
  • I have a Force, not sure I am going to send it back for the recall since I have not had any skin problems. More active on the weekends when I golf, but feel free to add. www.fitbit.com/user/2CYV4S
  • Knowing the belt I use has holes being used that never were and fitting into clothes I kept hoping to fit into them one day and that one day is NOW!!
  • To get the looks when I ride around in my convertible!!
  • Low carb version is parmesan cheese and ground up pork rinds with spices.
  • Weighing yourself on different scales and different times of day is not a good thing for you. Variations in your habits and equipment can make a difference and can cause some negative thoughts in our own minds. I weigh myself once a week Tuesday morning so I can make sure whatever I did during the weekend is gone.
  • I bought the FitBit Force about 2 months ago and like it. It is very accurate for steps and the calories burned match up pretty close. Makes me walk a little more than I did before, especially when I golf on the weekend, less cart more walking.
  • Red leaf and butter lettuce mix with Ken's Creamy Ceasar dressing!!
  • Retired Navy 1988-2012 14 years as an Operations Specialist (OS) before being commissioned (LDO). Many places and many times!! Funny now work at Air Force Base!!
  • Nice job!!
  • Popeye's equals chicken Tuesday for me since the one on base has 2 pieces for $1.29. No sides so not as bad, but sure do get the fat content out of it for the day!!
  • Food tipping is based on my service. If you are average you get 15%, but I will easily tip 20-25 if someone takes good care of us. On the flip side, I have left no tip with a complaint to the manager for crap service. If you don't want to serve me, get another job. I get my hair cut for $10.80 and I leave a $4.20 tip each…
  • When I see people working out the main thought that comes to my mind (no matter what they look like) is, "They are out there doing something, good for them!!"
  • I have a Force, about 2 months now and no issues. Syncs well. Vibrating alarm wakes me up. And even though I have a skin condition taken care of by doctors and medication I have had no skin irritation!!
  • Well, I'm Grumpy generally and I was an LDO in the Navy, Limited Duty Officer!!
  • I quit 12 years ago. Quit smoking and chewing tobacco both at the same time. Eating then became an issue, but learned real quick that sugar free candy was a big help. My inspiration was the fact that I needed to get healthy and stopping smoking may have not been the best for my weight at the moment, but it was/is better…
  • Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt is a winner, 8 carbs. Planters Mixed nuts with California Pistachios I keep both at work. If you like crunchy, Kellogs Cracker Crisps Sea Salt variety has 23 carbs in 30 chips. :)
