I think zumba on the wii is better than the DVDs. I bought the DVD set last week, the older one with the shake sticks and it's a bit dull to be honest.

20 MOS of circuit training both today and yesterday.

I mostly take salads into work. Big tub of mixed leaves with some balsamic vinegar on it, then some ham and a couple of boiled eggs. Or sometimes brie and grapes instead of eggs and ham. Now it's getting colder I plan to make more vegi soup such as carrot and lentil and take it into work hot in a thermos.

I've joined one of the groups on here, the one I've joined is the "1000 mins of exercise in Sept" one. I have a ticker tracking my progress and everything! So I think that motivates me.
