Me basically. I'm considered thin for my height. Nearing the underweight range. 115 and 5'5, yet under clothes I am jiggly and have a bit of a pooch (Not huge, but bigger than you'd expect at my size)

You need more food. I'm 5'5 and 115 and I need more than 900 calories, heck I need almost 1800. No, don't force yourself to eat more, just eat more calorie dense things.

I'm shorter than you and weigh 115..... MY Bmr is 1400. Yours is almost positively higher. You aren't eating enough. I consume like 1800 so Don't say you are too small for even 1200

French onion soup and basmati blend rice mixed with broccoli, bok choy, and a few other veggies.... Oh and pink food coloring (I WAS FEELING COLORFUL) :) Under 300 calories and so filling.
