0% or 2% greek yogurt?

I've recently switched back to a vegetarian diet but still eat dairy and eggs. When buying greek yogurt should I stick with buying 0% or am I better off eating 2% yogurt? I've heard that in some situations you're better off having a little bit of fat?

5%. The proper one.
This! Why would you want 0% or 2%. Fat doesn't make you fat!0 -
There's a 10% one in Lidl stores0

I always buy the 0% but I mix in berries and either homemade granola, a lowfat pumpkin flax granola or a quinoa crunch recipe so I still make sure to get some type of healthy fat to help keep me full until my AM snack.0

Highest fat one available. It tastes way better.0

I buy Fage 2%. I do buy Liberte Coconut (full fat) or the cream top Brown Cow Maple for a treat. YUM. The 0% does not taste as good to me.0

I always buy the 0% greek, but that's more because it has a high protein count. I figure I get healthy fats elsewhere so I'm not missing out on much by going for nonfat yogurt.0

I eat the 2% because I really don't care for the 0% at all.0

I always buy the 0%, that way I can eat as much of it as I like x0

I always buy the 0% - FAGE. I get plenty of fat from olive oil (which I use to sautee my vegetables and meat), almond butter, light cream cheese, cheese, real butter, and meat/fish. I prefer to have more control over my fat intake - buying nonfat yogurt and nonfat milk provide me more flexibility with my meal planning. I personally think it tastes fine. However, you are able to customize your diet to suit your personal preferences. Fat is necessary for your body to function, but I find other ways to incorporate it into my diet.0

I buy 0% but I mix in peanut butter with it. YUM!0

2%- the fat free version is absolutely tasteless!0

2% or higher. 0% is too liquidy.0

I buy the 0% Fage. I personally think the taste and texture are perfectly fine. Buy both and try them...0

To be honest, I never look at fat percentage for yogurt. I only worry about protein grams being higher than sugar grams. Unfortunately, t his isn't always easy to find, so I'll take whatever fat percentage wins!0

I agree...the full fat when you can find it. Costco started carrying Fage but only the 0%. Pisses me off.0

I almost always buy the full fat Liberte Méditérranée yogurt though I do like the 0 fat Strawberry Greek yogurt too. I tried all the other 0 fat yogurts and they just dont compare to me at least. I just work around the fat part in other ways during the day.
I have yet to find this Fage though that everyone talks about up here in Canada0
