Why? Like what catastrophic thing is going to happen because of a piece of toast?0 -
All I can say is I LOVE toast. Such a weakness of mine, interested to hear responses.0

If it fits in your calorie goals, there is no reason not to.0

If you are recording your calories and havent gone over, then I wouldnt worry about it. The only reason I dont eat at night is because I wake up starving..lol0

When I worked late I used to always have a bowl of cereal or a piece of toast before bed, if I didn't I would be hungry in the night or wake up feeling sick. I don't think there's anything wrong with it at all as long as you feel ok and it fits within your cals!0

Well let's see. It is at the end of the day. Most of us have reached our cal limit. And then you want to eat enrich, bleached flour product with real but then chemically altered product. Depending on the toast, an extra 200 cals.
I don't know what is wrong with that?0 -
i love toast. great in the morn with fruit or i sometimes even have another 2 slices that evening as a snack with a bare scrape of low fat butter ! as long as its under your cals for the day why not? its done me no harm!0
