I gained a lot of weight on Depo and had a neverending period. I actually ended up getting pregnant on it, which eventually did stop the period :-) Hated the depo, love the boy I got in the end :-)

I second the cauliflower. Steam or micro, top with a tomato sauce of choice. Add Parm if you like it. Almost no cal.

My two current favs: dijon mustard + vinegar of choice. Add in's: Honey/agave and/or hot pepper's (I buy these already chopped in a jar at Wegmans) Basically no calories (unless you add the honey) . Delish!
