I eat a fiber one bar every day-it's like a candy bar but it's fiber!

I usually try 200 for bfast, 300 for lunch, 400 for dinner and 100 each snack give or take.

I say "everything in moderation" ONE meal (right proportions) isn't going to kill your efforts. Just do good all week and exercise!!! Enjoy your italian for me too!

try drinking coffee!!! it curves hunger and if you add sugar free creamer, it's like a desert. Since it's a drink (and hot) it takes a while to get it down which might also curb the hunger or urge to eat. helps me. or going for a walk. i also schedule my workout time to replace my bad habit snacking time.

I eat fit & active turkey lunch meat but after reasding all these comments...I may stick with peanut butter for protein instead...lol or canned tuna.

isn't it fun? i have never been more proud of myself as i am when someone notices i've lost weight and says they didn't even recognize me! i can't wait to lose all my excess weight. i love the compliments, it's so encouraging! you really do look great, espeically for almost 50. keep it up!

that's terrible! you need to eat more! you're not even that big to begin with, you shouldn't be trying to lose that much weight! and you'll only hurt your body by starving it. i hope this post is a joke.

scrambled egg, turkey bacon or turkey sausage and something whole grain-waffle, pancakes, toast and a piece of fruit. only about 300 calories and keeps me full. hope this helps.

eat baby carrots, celery and broccoli...no one ever got fat eating those so you can eat as much as you "want" and maybe because it isn't too appetizing to eat plain, you won't "want" to eat so bad, you know?

definately tell her about the site regardless because if people learned at an early age what we all know now, they might never get as fat as we got. you know? it can't hurt. people here give good, healthy tips. it's more like an education and support plan vs a diet or some of the other crap out there for weight loss.

i think it's great you walk at target and walmart when it's so hot outside! It definately beats no exercise. you could also try walking in a school. I personally would go with pushing a wheelchair. good job! i'm proud of you! i had to endure a similar situation this weekend. My hubby had over half a pizza while I ate subway instead. Boy, it was tempting. I knew I couldn't eat only one slice so I didn't eat any. Yay for us!

I agree 100%!!! I hated watching those woman cry about being fat, DO something about it~ I just started actually trying to lose weight and be healthy in May, I've lost 41 lbs so far. I need to lose about 80 more lbs. but I can do it! I am the only one who can do it for me. Then I will have no one to blame for my appearance…
