need recipe for yummy chicken to go with cilantro rice-I want to make rice with lime and cilantro and chicken breast-any ideas for marinade?

  Not exactly a marinade, but I like to cut my chicken breasts up into strips, brush with lemon juice and roll in paprika before grilling.

  Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning is really good, if not just lime juice and black pepper =]

  a little olive oil, lime juice, cumin, garlic, and chili powder-YUM Perfect with cilantro rice-Also really good for sauteing veggies!
