I've got 100+lbs to loose as well! I've been working on my own eating habits and exercising and trying to set some good short term goals to keep me motivated. Feel free to add me, I'll do my best to cheer you on!

I just started doing the 100 push-ups, 200 sit-ups, and 200 squats programs Mon, Wed, and Fri. On Tues, Thurs, and Sat I'm doing the 'Couch to 5k' program. And whatever else I feel up to doing.

I tend to do a yoga workout if I decide to do something before bed. It actually seems to help me sleep better because I'm so relaxed at the end of it.

This will be my first challenge. I finally have a weight scale so I can participate! NSV - I have been able to fit into more of my pre-pregnancy pants and my wedding ring slips onto my finger more easily. CW 245 GW: 235 4/1 4/8 4/15 4/22 4/30

I know how you feel! When I first started drinking coffee a while back, it was more like, "I'll have a little coffee with my cream." It's taken a while but I can now drink my coffee with only a couple of tablespoons of creamer. Don't know if I'll ever drink it black though, that seems gross to me.

I know I have at least a hundred pounds to lose. But I have no idea how much I've lost in weight so far because I have no scale.:tongue: So I measure myself instead. I've lost a few inches since doing this but I still have a long way to go! :drinker: Good luck~! You can do it!!

I think it's realistic. I remember reading that for someone who is 5'7" your ideal weight would be 140. I read it forever ago, but it stuck with me so it's my goal too.

I'd say try it now. You just have to take it easy and do what you can. Keep at it and it will get easier.

Corn from corn on the cob. You cook the corn and then cut it from the cob. Then put it in some freezer bags for later.

Thank you! Thank you for the response! I have noticed that I can add on other measurements, though it did take me a little bit to figure that one out. I've got my measuring tape and plenty of clothes from my pre-pregnancy days to try and fit into again. Now that I've got all the right tools, I can't wait to get going!
