yep... tomorrow is a brandy new day! ...and it helps me to not tell myself I'm starting over. I'm merely going to continue on my journey. I've found, in the past... if I'm starting over... I have a few days grace... and I have trouble getting back on track. Good Luck! :heart:

I am on a low carb diet and have been for 3 years. I've lost close to 100 pounds. it's worked well for me. I eat between 20 and 60 carbs a day on average. I have mostly protein, veggies and dairy.

I have a simple recipe. It calls for a pound of frozen brussels sprouts and a pound of kielbasa. I would prefer to use fresh sprouts. I so relate! I weigh myself once a week on a Friday... this way, the results.. whether satisfactory or discouraging, will influence the way I eat over the weekend. I always weigh myself first thing in the morning, naked.. after the potty. Because you forgot to piddle first, I would definitely count the weight shown on that…

I agree with all these comments, Donna. If it goes into my mouth, I record it. Also.. I always over estimate... this way.. if I don't like the number rolling around in my head, I tend to not put it in my mouth. After watching calories or carbs, etc... for so many years (on and off of course) (hense.. trying to lose, again)…
