correct... quantity is the key.. if you're within your range then you're fine. sure, maybe it's not particularly healthy... well gee... sometimes pizza is food for the soul.... and it's certainly less unhealhy then it was with twice the number of slices.

I sooo relate! Nuts are so healthy... and I can't seem to control over-eating them... so I just don't buy them. If you're counting carbs... the smoked almonds that have become so popular lately have only 3 net carbs per ounce... that's 28 almonds. You can stop at a convenience store and pick up a one ounce bag each day...…

I would say fruits and vegetables. as far as keeping your carbs on track.... you can count "net" carbs.... take the total carb count subtract your total fiber count that will give you your daily net carbs Good Luck!

butter spray... great idea... thanks! that would help all kinds of add-ons stick to the popcorn... I've been eating it dry and can't even get salt to stick to it. hmmm.. cinnamon would stick on... and there's a dry shaker chhese made special for popcorn.. donno the nutritional values of that.

yep it would.. but it's gonna fall right through the grill :tongue: I think if it's all broken up and fried well.. and drained and blotted.. maybe it would contain about the same amount of fat as grilling... I'm not sure

it's better to reduce your fat intake... I think it would depend on how much lower the fat content is.

I was a diabetic... now I'm considered pre-diabetic... thanks to getting the weight off. You can do it! I follow a low carbohydrate diet... that's working for me. Good Luck!! :flowerforyou:

crumble it up fry it pour off the fat place it on a paper towel to get the last of the grease off add a package, jar or can of beef gravy I like it served over mashed cauliflower or spaghetti squash :drinker:

I haven't been there... how was the money exchange?
