try going to an overeaters anonnymous meeting in your area.. or google "OA" and join an online meeting. I always try to come in under.... I never eat back the cals I burn from exercise.. and YES, I've been losing weight consistently and I'm not cutting out carbs, fats, whole food groups/etc!

Ummm seriously?? If you subsist solely on fried foods (chicken strips and fries) or on your daily hotdog fix (gross!) your not doing your body ANY favors. Actually, you ultimately are going to make it harder on yourself to lose weight, even if you are staying UNDER your calorie goal.. because your feeding your body…

Try and get a heartrate monitor.. or you never really know how many calories you're burning!!! That's what I do... you'd be surprised how off MFP can be when you try to tack in how many minutes you spend exercising. I almost NEVER burn off as much as MFP calculates for me!
