  • Logging it in my diary. I dont weight veg. I dont eat white potato. And very rarely eat sweets potatoes. Meat, Pasta, Breads are weighed. I cook alot so i put all the ingredients into create a recipe. I exercise daily. I do over 10.000 steps aday.

  • thanks for your help. Ive been walking everyday for 6 1/2 weeks. Normally walk 6 km a day dome times over but rarely under. Just burned 625 walking with the kids. Do i eat those burned calories coz ive only been eating some. Your advice is much appreciated

  • thanks for that, im on a 1470 calorie aday, by my weight height etc, i try to stick around 1300. so i guess im going wrong by not eating my earned calories. makes sence. i was always told not to eat the earned ones. how wrong i was :( could have lost more weight just by asking on hear earlier.
