When you say 'writing it all down' do you mean logging it in your food diary? Have you been weighing everything you eat or just estimating?0

Logging it in my diary. I dont weight veg. I dont eat white potato. And very rarely eat sweets potatoes. Meat, Pasta, Breads are weighed.
I cook alot so i put all the ingredients into create a recipe.
I exercise daily. I do over 10.000 steps aday.

Find an eating and exercise plan and stick to it.
Don't weigh yourself but do take a measuring tape and measure your thighs, arms, chest and waist. Document these and repeat every fortnight.
No point in quitting because you will be unhappy.
And measurement is something i should have done when i started months ago. Thank you for your support
