    When you say 'writing it all down' do you mean logging it in your food diary? Have you been weighing everything you eat or just estimating?

    Logging it in my diary. I dont weight veg. I dont eat white potato. And very rarely eat sweets potatoes. Meat, Pasta, Breads are weighed.
    I cook alot so i put all the ingredients into create a recipe.
    I exercise daily. I do over 10.000 steps aday.

    We all,most, feel like quitting sometimes. I had a touch of the diet fatigues a few weeks ago, but I refuse to give up and make all the hard work I've put into losing weight be for nothing!! So I'm back on the wagon again.

    If you truly want to lose weight, then you will put in the effort to achieve your goal. The sooner you start putting in 100%, the sooner you'll be rid of the weight.
    thanks. Was one of those days. I put in 100% and nothing so just got frustrated.
