Since we are all at different fitness levels, all variations are acceptable. Whichever will make them a "challenge" for you personally. :)

Yes so far I am able to do them without breaks. I have a feeling that will not be the case as they increase since today's were a struggle lol XD

I do them consecutively but you could split them up into sets throughout the day.

I missed yesterday's Day 9 due to St.Patricks Day festivities. So I woke up today and did Day 9 AND Day 10. Nothin like still kinda drunk squats! Lol I am now dead from the waist down lmao. *~ Happy St.Patrick's Day Everyone!~*????????

You can do them with or without weights. I believe it was setup to do them without so everyone can do them, but if u are at a more advanced level adding weights will defiantly make it more "Challenging" ! :D

No worries, Happy Anniversary! I just did day 3... I am feelin the burn! Glad Day 4 is a "Rest" day lol.

I did them pretty easily too. I agree the last 10 were the hardest so deff more is gonna be a work out. I have a previous knee injury that I am hoping to strengthen with this challenge as well. Good job on day 1 ladies! :D
