    I started this just before with pathetic 1kg weights ha! Wasn't as bad as I thought, did it in two sets of 25 :)

    My roomie and I started this on the 1st! It starts getting easier around day 7, the first couple days were definitely a little rough going.

    Day one complete. I had to stop at 35, and do another set of 15 though. I already had a decent workout this morning and I started getting a little wobbly. I'll try and push straight through for day 2!

    Breezed right through them to be honest, except for the last 10.
    Hope it'll get a lil harder tomorrow~

    I did them pretty easily too. I agree the last 10 were the hardest so deff more is gonna be a work out. I have a previous knee injury that I am hoping to strengthen with this challenge as well. Good job on day 1 ladies! :D

    I am sorry but I had to bow out on the 55 today. I *know* I did at least 55 today at the gym during my workout, but I didn't actually count them, and they weren't in a row. Hubby took me out for the evening to celebrate our 10th anniversary and after walking nearly 7 miles today my knees, ankles, hips and feet all ache. I'll either do day 2 tomorrow, or double up the day 3 count.

    Arew these weighted squats? I do squats at the gym with a weighted bar but I see day 30 and think OUCH!

    You can do them with or without weights. I believe it was setup to do them without so everyone can do them, but if u are at a more advanced level adding weights will defiantly make it more "Challenging" ! :D

    I'm in starting day one right now. lol I can already feel the pain and I haven't started yet. ok 55 wasn't that hard but im sure I will feel it later back kinda hurt from them I know I had my legs at a 45 at the bottom of my squat just not sure why my back hurt.
