    @Ambur, Hey there,my inner thighs are ok, it's more the outer and mid quads. But I also just stated Couch to 5K (C25K) I'm on week three, so that may be part of it was well.

    Well, I'm late to the game, but I'm going to start today. I may actually do several days in one during my lunch breaks. If I can. But I'm feeling like I need to change it up, do something fun, and this will work just fine!

    Okay. Did it. I got interrupted - someone came into the bathroom - on #50. But I waited till she left for the last 5. LOL

    And I just realized that Day 1 is only 50. Oh well. I'll do 55 again for Day 2. :)

    Maybe I'll do crunches too. The same number as squats on each day...
