    I missed yesterday's Day 9 due to St.Patricks Day festivities. So I woke up today and did Day 9 AND Day 10. Nothin like still kinda drunk squats! Lol I am now dead from the waist down lmao. *~ Happy St.Patrick's Day Everyone!~*????????

    I do them consecutively but you could split them up into sets throughout the day.

    day 4: rest :) quite nice since my thighs are a bit sore.
    At the same time, i would like to do some stationary bike today.

    I guess everybody who has the possibility is not going to rest at all since you would probably do other exercises haha
