Well, I'm late to the game, but I'm going to start today. I may actually do several days in one during my lunch breaks. If I can. But I'm feeling like I need to change it up, do something fun, and this will work just fine!

Okay. Did it. I got interrupted - someone came into the bathroom - on #50. But I waited till she left for the last 5. LOL
And I just realized that Day 1 is only 50. Oh well. I'll do 55 again for Day 2.
Maybe I'll do crunches too. The same number as squats on each day...0 -
