I just went into shock I put into my calculator how much I ate today! 3,348 calories! Yes, I will weighing my food to make sure i am having the correct amount. Would make any difference if i swap for lactofree? or nothing at all? no a chance, i work in office, i don t get breaks either. i eat by computer, tr to sneak for a walk or get fresh air but thats it/ I an only exercise in the morning

How do you know I look good? if you see girl on street with crop top and her belly stcks out- do you think she sill look good even she is overall normal weight?

i am not even looking at the scale. I am all about the areas, scale is only kind of ''telling me'' if there has been progress or not. I mentioned mutile times in text I am all about the arms & huge hips as this just look ridicolous, rest o my body is ok, i have oke legs etc.

i dont drink diet stuff :( like no coke or gas/sweet drinks not even juices. I will try to stick to tequila and vodka ;)) I am more scared of the food like i hope there is a shop nearby with greek yogurt etc. Also I hope my colleagues won't go only for food to the pubs where I wont have options for healthy choices:(

Thanks, I actually found Hoisin sauce mild one, fairly low calories! Barely added any salt or seasoning so it was still quite blend but nicer than normal. Thank you! :)
