exercising- how to calculate
I am doing daily about 40min of dips, abdominal crunches,push ups leg-up crunches, plank, lounges, then with weights- for triceps etc. plus I am doing it o gym. Mystery bruises...
I keep finding mystery bruises on my legs. I checked my arms- is fine. Fair enough on my sides as I pressing etc. but sometimes they are on points I definitely did not hit myself or lie on that side etc. Is that normal?? I don't do loads cardio, more strength exerciser and weights lifting.
