I know the pic says 2011 but my weight barely changed in them years and this is one of the only full body shots I have! Never "dieted" at all before downloading MFP, and I only downloaded it by accident. I was curios to what it was but didn't realise it was calorie counting! Best mistake I have ever made! I joined exactly…

Me! 60lbs down and all I do is walk between 5-6000 steps a day (only 2000 today though!) and that's just getting from A to B. I never set out to exercise!
-
About a 70lbs difference between the two photos!

I lost almost 1lb a day for the first month without even trying! Appreciate it whilst it's easy, I've gotten to a 60lbs loss and every single pound that now comes off is hard work!

As everyone else has said, genetics and where the fat was to begin with. For example, if you had big bulges of fat at the top of your legs, not in proportion with the rest then it's more likely you'll get the excess skin there. I'm 24, was hoping my age would save me but no. Over half way from losing 100 and I have it in…

60lbs down with no exercise. Well, in the beginning when I had loads of motivation I did go to the gym, quickly got bored as I'm naturally a lazy person, and quit! I walk about 6000-8000 steps a day just through my job and getting from A to B, but for me, calorie counting is vital. It's going to be a bit hit and miss…

Oh, and again through lots of research you really can't do much about it. Some people will say to exfoliate, moisturise, massage, etc. It really just boils down to genetics, and of course how much weight you are losing. The only thing I would say is to drink enough water, but even then you wouldn't see a huge difference.…

I've lost around 60lbs with about 30-40 to go depending on how I feel when I get there and yes it's coming! My boobs are terrible, lost a good few cup sizes there, I had bulges of fat just behind my armpit, above my bra line and I've got it there, and the bottom of my stomach. Through loads of research I've found that if…

I lost shoe sizes! I've heard this a few times before but I always thought I didn't have any weight on my feet before losing weight, you could still see the bones in them. I was out shopping with a friend and tried on my usual size 7, it was a bit tight so I was debating whether or not to get an 8 until my friend pointed…

Lost around 60lbs since joining MFP 5 months ago. Probably a bit more from the first photo though which was taken a couple of years ago. 5'4, still another 40ish lbs to go!
-
Around 60lbs lost, exactly 5'4!

I felt that because of my age and that I had only held my extra fat for a relatively short amount of time, that I've been dished an unlucky amount so far but I'm still only a Grade 1. To know that the grades go to 5 makes me very thankful!

Ugh so much. I was 44E, 60 lbs down and I'm 36C. At my lowest weight I was still much bigger than a C and I'm still about 20lbs away from my lowest so no idea what's going on there. Just praying I don't loose anymore!

An up to date version! First picture around the 250lbs mark, second picture around 168lbs

Sorry it was actually the second link down. Here it is http://www.whatwillilooklike.com It's really interesting!

I'm dead on 5'4. Initially my goal weight was 140lbs but it's now dropped to 125lbs. If you type "what will I look like weight loss" in to google, I'm pretty sure it's the first link, and it's a website that let's you enter your height and rough goal weight and it'll show you 100's of pictures of women the same size as you…

There's a pretty good app called Happy Scale that uses your previous logged weights and at what speed you're loosing to give you a rough time scale for when you'll be done. It tells me I should have lost the rest of my weight by March.

What a difference 25lbs can make!!

One singular piece of chocolate?!?! Why do you need to limit yourself that much? I eat "junk" food every day and I'm only on 1,400 calories! I make sure I save calories for the end of the day where I tend to binge, but never over my cals.

Thanks!

Stick to your calories. That is all! I'm a naturally lazy person, I never excercise and have no future plans to but I stick to my calories and I've lost 60lbs in 5 months. For me, it's easy as long as I'm not doing something that I don't want to do! No restrictions, no shakeology/juice plus etc, no excercise, just calorie…

I started off at 225 and just about started noticing at the 35lb mark. It wasn't like it hit me all at once but I noticed my neck being more defined, started to be able to feel my hips and bones I literally didn't even know I had! Then I started noticing how I was moving around, sitting and body parts started touching!…

I'm a vegan so feel free to add and lurk at my diary but firstly, it's pointless if you're doing it for health as I'm not the average healthy vegan! And secondly, I've been very ill over the last couple of days so ignore them days in my diary!
-
My starting stats are almost the same as yours. I started off at 225lbs and I'm 5'4. In 4.5 months I've lost about 55lbs with barely ANY excercise so what you want to accomplish is definitely doable! Like others have said, invest in a scale. It's a must. And plan your meals a day in advance so you can't go over. For me…

Yep in the first 3 months I looked very odd. I had big hips anyway but lost 5" from my waist and nothing from my hips! There ended up being a 13" difference between them both. 6 weeks on from that and everything has evened out. Lost 5" from my bust, under bust, waist and hips so it will happen! Plus once it came off of my…
