How do you work out calories from walking?
Bad day, but today for example I walked 5000 steps. I'm 198lbs and walked at a casual pace. MPF says I burned 50 calories, my "Pacer" app says around 100, and online calculators work out to all over 200 calories. Which is most accurate and how do you work out yours accurately?
