maybe you need to be consuming more calories ....600 seems low to me? even if you are working out, i have read that you should still be getting way more calories than that a day.

i'm on a 1200 calorie plan too. I took a break and came back to just recently commit to it and exercise daily. My body is still adjusting but i am pretty much ALWAYS hungry as well. I pretty much snack all day long, but I do stay under on calories still. I do, however, eat more carbs than recommended because it helps me…

I have a lot of free time right now so i'm weighing myself more than 3x a day. I am becoming obsessed with the number so I really need to stop myself from doing this! I'm going to try and cut it down to just in the morning and maybe in the evenings. I only record it once a week though.

i am the same way....i hardly drink any water(which is absolutely horrible for me i know!)...i maybe drink 1 or 2 glasses a day. I already spend way too many trips to the bathroom :(

I kinda have the same problem except instead of eating full meals, i snack all day long! it doesn't seem like a lot at the time since i'm only usually snacking on something small like a piece of cheese, but all day and they start to add up! it's hard for me to find foods that are filling and aren't fatty or full of carbs!
