Hello.

I'm just getting familiar to the site. Been logging in the food diary for about a week now. Looking for motivation and inspiration.

I'm 28 yrs old and 5'7.

Guessing at current weight - 165 lbs
Goal weight - 140 lbs

Any tips? Not a fruit or veggie eater. But don't care for sweets much either.
