It really depends on your body and how you are training. Trying to do too much too quickly will put you at risk for injury no matter if you are running back to back days or every other day. Going from not running very often to running 5 days a week is a good way to get injured. My knee doesn't let me run back to back days,…

I normally stick to my routine. Running and other cardio help with cramps. When cramps are bad, I normally avoid doing a ton of ab work.

This is a really great NSV, but remember if you are doing a lot of running you should replace shoes every 300 to 500 miles. The inside will break down before you can see the wear on the bottom. This is especially true if you run inside a lot. I track both my mileage and how I feel after I run.

Love the show, so I am in.

Moving comfort bras are the best. I am a 38DD and really like the fiona bra for running. I have trained and ran a couple of half-marathons with them. You can find them at ****s and specialty running stores. They also sell on Amazon for a really good price. Definitely worth the money!

The health benefits of exercise are huge, so it is as important as healthy eating and cutting calories. That is why you can have skinny people who are really unhealthy. Even if it is not helping you loose weight faster, it will make you more healthy and fit. Plus, you will look better.
