Hi, It's hard staying at home with children and be able to lose weight. As Moms, we always put others first, so tend NOT to make time for exercise and healthy meals. Long layers are a great way to go. You'll still have enough for those pony tail days, and It won't be difficult to grow back if you don't like it.
