  • well, I had thought of that, but matching the tempos of the video to the music would be difficult. If I can't find one, I'll just have to find different ways to exercise, I guess. I don't understand why they can't make videos with good music on them rather than just a boring beat or music that no one has ever heard of.

  • My goal is 40 lbs off by my birthday, which is July 5th. That would be 2lbs per week. I would think if you're shooting for May 1st, 25lbs would be more realistic, honestly. You want to do it in the best way for your body and so that it won't creep back on afterwards. Good luck!!!

  • Get yourself back on meds....having a thyroid problem that is untreated will completely hamper your ability to lose. It's difficult even ON the medication. I bet you'll see a difference though once medicated.
