Why not? In my experience, that's precisely what it was. I skipped breakfast -- or, more pendantically, I delayed breakfast until about noon. Then had my normal evening meal around 6 or 7, and didn't eat after 8 (which I never did anyway). But I ultimately didn't like that, so I want back to 3M2S8:16^6.
