Its hard to start.... Just remember EVERY LITTLE bit counts! Just get moving! park farther away from the store, walk each isle in the strores 2 or 3 times with out shopping (its airconditioned) I can't afford to go to a club! I call my mom and put in my ear bud and go for a walk! Good Job for starting! :smile:

I also can have major differences in my wieght each day and week............. As much as 10 lbs! It sucks ;( other than sodium what else can cause it? I have been high in sodium and sugar lately, go to love the holidays and my lack of SELF CONTROL!!!!!!!!

I started by jogging around my house chasing my daughters and then walk chasing them!!! They loved it and at least I was moving!!!! If you have room you could check craigslist for a cheaper treadmill?? Just a thought and Good Luck!!!

No stupid questions.......... I downloaded it to my droid so I can be told what to do! ha ha I finished the whole program in the nine weeks and I am way over weight still but feel AWESOME!!!! I took a quick look at your food and was thinking that maybe you should try to track sodium and sugar!!! This might help you as it has really helped me to see why I felt tired all the time and why I was not losing any weight!! Hope this helps, keep up the good work! Maybe it is water weight??? I find that when this happens to me I have decreased the amount of salt intake and most of the weight was retained water!! Great Job !:wink:
