Way to go!! I did my first 5k on Oct 1!! Then my second on Oct 29. I LOVE TO RUN!!! I am going to run one every month next year!!

I am very thankful that my husband notices little things like that too!! We are lucky not too many people have supportive husband, boyfriend, and even family. Keep it up and imagine when he sees you at your goal weight!! More NSV's!!!

Water intake is an easy one for me!!! I LOVE WATER!!!! I drink a 24oz bottle in the first 2 hrs I'm at work. When I go to lunch I buy 2-34oz bottles and finish those before I leave for the day!!!

Starting Weight=203 Week 1= 201.5 Week 2= 200.5-so close Week 3= 201-YUCK!!!! Really getting angry!!! Week 4= 201-again!! (tom so I guess it could be worse) End Of Month Weight= Total Weight Lost=2 lbs-but have lost an inch off both hips and waist!!! Very happy with that!!!

My song has to be Bruno Mars "just the way you are". My 4 yr old sings that song to me: There is not a thing that I would change cause your amazing "mommy" just the way you are. When I am running and feel like giving up I find that song and hear his little voice singing to me!!! Keeps me going!!!
