I was gonna claim someone hacked my account and posted this since I have no recollection of it... but then I saw the date stamp. Probably me. Even with those cheesy jokes. My kid was 3 back then. I'll blame the super cheese effect on that. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

MY MISHEARD LYRIC TWIN!!!! "Wrapped up like a douche, another roller in the night" *slap hands, slap hands!!! :drinker: "

I've always heard the word "douche" and I am the world's worst at lyrics. "Radioactive" by Imagine Dragons. It's the name of the freakin' song. What I do continue to catch myself sing? "I'm ready to rock you, ready to rock y...." aw crap, I did it again.

My husband has sleep paralysis, or did. He finally fought off a snake in a dream and his haunting/demons have disappeared. You are a great mother  Weird things happening in my house right now and I slept with my 8 year old in my bed last night, my leg and arm both draped over her. So does my husband. I had the…

I know several healthy people who have smoked for decades. I'm truly not trying to be a smartass -- I'm only trying to say that every chemical, everything we do to our bodies impacts our own genetics differently. I had an aunt die of lung cancer -- she never smoked. I had a grandfather who smoked 2 packs a day die of…

^Ditto Oh give me a break. I don't need a study to quote. I have experience. Once I stopped drinking (diet) sodas cold turkey, some of my stomach bloat just disappeared. Flattened right out. It was pretty awesome, cause I gotta lot of stomach there to flatten. Then the bloat came back even though the (diet) sodas didn't.…

Nope, didn't bother. I don't like the idea of having to pay monthly to keep healthy, since only "their way" is healthy. That refers to any diet or supplement out there, not just the Body Key program. If I can't eat regular food and maintain the weight loss and keep momentum, it's just not for me.

You're a hoot  Start a blog. Love it!

Nah.... FORTUNATELY you had meds you could take and make the panic attack go away. I have my meds and have finally accepted that if I'm having a panic attack, I need to pop a valium and let the attack subside, assuming I can't work my way out of it mentally within a short period of time. There is NO SHAME in taking…

I was thinking the same thing. Your HR didn't go high enough to be of a worry. Someone else commented that about 195 is your max HR. I've exceeded it before, up to 198 I remember, and quickly slowed my roll, but knew it wouldn't hurt me. Lately, I've pushed myself too hard and/or been dehydrated and/or not had enough to…

I'm in Winston, not too far away. I have to use the treadmill in spring and fall allergy seasons. Asthma is a b|tch. It sucks. Boring, boring, boring. I prefer to run outdoors, even though it kills my ankles and shins.

Great job everyone!!!

Oh come on... 3/4 of the threads are made for those of us too lazy to google answers! And googling didn't help much.... it took way to long to come to the conclusion that some bubble gum pop fitness guru has a blog with food and exercise, and if you follow her path, you'll look perfect. Am I even right in that…

Glad that those in the know are completely ignoring those of us who don't know what the hell blogilates are  :indifferent:

Boy, the judgmental are quick on the scene! I know plenty of people who only smoke when they drink. "Respect your boyfriend and don't smoke." Wow.... that blows my mind. I think you should also respect all his other wishes and become exactly what he wants you to be, not who you are. *rolling my eyes* You said YOU don't…

Did you do the pushup in there? Wasn't sure if you just forgot to type it in or forgot to do it.
-
Start of video -- "Aww man, he's already in shape! This isn't fair!" Middle of video -- "He can even do a pull up and diamond push ups. arrrrggggghhhhhh" End of video -- "Hey, I hear him breathing heavy and his pull up is a little weaker. He's human! I can do the weak pull up...er, well maybe I can one day!" *inspirational…

Noticed your 3 lb drop, Shemy. WTG

 If that was not meant in sarcasm, you may disregard my comments below. I have two children, both of which require full time attention with ADHD and a suspected learning disability in one. We have karate 4 nights a week. We get home from karate in time for dinner, baths, and bedtime for the kids, at which point the…

haha:laugh: - me too! Also added in a good "HULK SMASH" to the end of it

I already fumbled. Didn't do any burpees this weekend. Didn't remember them until after I'd eaten dinner and by then I was too full to jump around. sigh. Gym tonight - I'll do more than a couple to pay for my mistake!

LOL

What do you mean by 'elevating your hands'? I'm assuming you mean putting them somewhere other than the traditional placement?

No way I could double either! The exponential factor is too strong! Day 1: 1 Day 2: 2 Day 3: 4 Day 4: 8 Day 5: 16 I've hit the "yeah right" factor there. And Day 6 and 7? HAH HAH HAH! But adding one a day for 30 days... I can do that. Gotta set a reminder on my phone so I remember to do it !
